We all move away from pain, what we do not like. We all move towards pleasure, what we do like. Feeling happy is something to move toward, feeling sad we move away from. Being angry we move away from, peace of mind we move towards. If we have a headache, we take something to get rid of the pain (we move away from pain, and we move toward relief). If we are hungry (hunger pains), we eat to be satiated (the pleasure of satiation). Did you realize, all day long we are always moving towards or away from?
