- There is always something to be thankful for, even in the most difficult times. Being thankful for what you do have instead of what you don’t have is a great start to happiness.
- Refocus your attention when needed. Wherever your focus goes is where you go.
- Is the glass half full or half empty? Happiness is a choice, don’t let happiness just happen to you, you make it happen.
