Cayden opened the car door for his date, then when they arrived at the restaurant he quickly ran around to her side of the car and opened his date's car door, as they entered the restaurant Cayden held the door opened, so she could walk in first, as they got to the table to sit down he pulled her chair out for her. Is chivalry dead? Is being a gentleman still something a woman looks for in a man?
