Jenna had a week to remember. First, her car's engine light came on, and she needed to get her car checked. Second, a pipe burst in her home that flooded her basement. Third, she had an argument with her best friend, which she now regrets. All day long, as a matter of fact, for the past several days all she could think about was the bad week she was having. Every time she had a moment from work and class, she would focus on all her troubles. Whenever she thought of her horrible week, she felt depressed. Whatever you keep your mind on, you feel. Whatever you focus on, you become. Remember, life happens; you can’t control what you can’t control. Learn to let go!
